Frank Lloyd Wright [1867 1959] was an American architect, interior designer, writer, and educator who designed more then 1,000 structures, 532 of which were completed. Wright believed in designing structures that were in harmony with humanity and its environment, a philosophy he called organic architecture.

His philosophy was best exemplified by Fallingwater which was completed in 1935, and has been called''the best all-time work of American architecture. In 1991, Wright was recognized by the American Institute of Architects as''the greatest American architects of all time''. The document is a check drawn upon his business account, The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and is dated Feb 24,1954. The check is nicely signed''Frank Lloyd Wright'' in black fountain pen, measures 8.00 x 3.50 inches, has never been folded and is in fine condition. The authograph has been authenticated by PSA/DNA Authentication and is encapsulated in a plastic holder.
