Dated March 10, 1953 from The Rye National Bank in Rye, New York. Paid to the Order of Henri Bendel with the timeless memo all in Barrow's hand. Barrow enjoyed shopping at the luxury accessories brand. A neat variation of content for a personal check. Ed Barrow served as the architect of 10 New York Yankees Championship Teams & also took home the title for the 1918 Boston Red Sox. 1953 Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee via the Veterans Committee.

Vertical crease at right third with staining at top right near date and at top border. Punch canceled with usual bank stamping present in red. Slight surface scratching and toning throughout, minimal wear to corners and borders, save any previous description.
